Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will publish its detailed notification of the Civil Services (IAS) Examination, 2013 most likely in the third week of February 2013. Here you will get the detailed notification focusing on the information on online application, Examination rules and plan of the examination. IAS prelim exam will be held on 19 May 2013 (Sunday) and the duration of the exam will be one day.
